Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final, no refund or exchanges. At DDBEAUTYBAR, we strive to provide detailed product descriptions and images to help you make informed decisions before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before placing your order. 

Processing Time

Orders may take up to 5 business days to be fully processed. Please note this may vary during peak seasons and promotional periods.

Delivery

DDBEAUTYBAR is not responsible if an attempt delivery has been made and the parcel has not been picked up at your local post office. The parcel will be sent back to us and there might be an additional shipping costs.

Local Pick Up

Orders be picked up at DDBEAUTYBAR during the selected time slot and date chosen at check out. Please keep in mind this is a home based studio.

Shipping

We offer standard shipping for all orders. Shipping costs and delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on your location and your chosen shipping method. All orders take 4-7 business days for preparation and shipping. Due to certain circumstances, shipment may take longer to arrive. All orders will receive a confirmation email and a shipped email. 

Lost or Damaged Goods

DDBEAUTYBAR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
